Recording Standards
Landscape Mode
Please film horizontally. Vertical video is more difficult to review.
Frame the Body
Ensure your entire body (head to toe) and equipment apex are visible in the frame at all times.
Clothing
Wear form-fitting rehearsal attire (blacks preferred). Baggy clothes hide body lines and hinder technical analysis.
Perspective
Film from the "Judge's Perspective" (front and center), elevated if possible. Avoid low angles.
